Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Funds
Project Inventory
The Recovery Plan should identify whether SLFRF funds are being used for evidence-based interventions20 and/or if projects are being evaluated through rigorous program evaluations designed to build evidence. Recipients must briefly describe the project's goals and the evidence base for the interventions funded by the project. Recipients must specifically identify the dollar amount of the total project spending that is allocated towards evidence-based interventions for each project in the Public Health (EC 1), Negative Economic Impacts (EC 2), and Services to Disproportionately Impacted Communities (EC 3) Expenditure Categories.21
Project-level reporting will be more detailed for infrastructure investment projects (EC 5), as described in the Project and Expenditure Report above. Projects in this area may be grouped by Expenditure Category if needed, with further detail (such as the specific project name and identification number) provided in the Project and Expenditure Report. For infrastructure projects, descriptions should note how the project contributes to addressing climate change.
