Criminal Complex Cases
Complex Cases typically involve the following felonies:
Treason, Murder, Rape, Aggravated Sodomy, Armed Robbery, Aircraft & Motor
Vehicle Hijacking, All Child Molestation,
Aggravated Sexual Battery, Manufacturing & Trafficking Controlled Substances,
Kidnapping, Burglary, Arson, Aggravated
Assault, Aggravated Battery, Aggravated Stalking, any other Felony
Sexual Offenses, and any felony involving the use of firearms. Also, any case
involving a defendant with three or more prior felony convictions is classified
as a Complex Case, regardless of the charges.
Total Defendants in Jail

- Defendants might be counted more than once if they have different cases assigned to different judges.

Total Pending Cases
- The chart to the right displays, per judge, the number of pending cases, as of today.
- The measure below displays that total across all judges.
- The chart below and to the right displays monthly totals taken on the 4th business day of the following month to allow for cases filed on or before the last day of the month to be assigned.
