Criminal Non-Complex Cases

Non-Complex Cases generally involve all other felonies, unless the facts and circumstances of the case make it unduly complex, in which case the District Attorney can petition Superior Court to consider a transfer to the Complex Division.


These measures display month-to-date values as of today. For measures counting cases, the defendant in that case may or may not be in jail. All cases filed on or after 1992/01/01 are included.


With the exception of the Aging of Defendants in Jail chart, the charts below display months' end totals or counts of each item. Aging of Defendants in Jail uses data from today, and shows counts per time grouping of how long defendants have been in jail.
