Criminal Non-Complex Cases
Non-Complex Cases are defined as those felony offenses that
exclude the following crimes: Treason, Murder, Rape, Aggravated Sodomy, Armed
Robbery, Aircraft & Motor Vehicle Hijacking, All Child Molestation,
Aggravated Sexual Battery, Manufacturing & Trafficking Controlled Drugs,
Kidnapping, Arson, Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Battery, Aggravated Stalking,
All Felony Sexual Offenses, and any felony involving the use of firearms (not
Possession). At any time, the District Attorney’s Office can request Non-Complex
charges to transferred to the Complex Division.
Measures
These measures display month-to-date values as of today. For
measures counting cases, the defendant in that case may or may not be
in jail. All cases filed on or after 1992/01/01 are included.
Indicators
With the exception of the Aging of Defendants in Jail chart, the charts below display months' end totals or counts of each item. Aging of Defendants in Jail uses data from today, and shows counts per time grouping of how long defendants have been in jail.
